Critter Tough Return & Refund Policy

At Critter Tough, we are committed to providing high-quality animal-proofing products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable, clearly marked at purchase).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending the item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A damaged item.
- A defective product.
- An incorrect item received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Important:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement upon receipt of the damaged and returned item. or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
- Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process
