Return And Refund Policy

 

Critter Tough Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: [January 1, 2025]

At Critter Tough, we are committed to providing high-quality animal-proofing products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable, clearly marked at purchase).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [sales.crittertough@gmail.com] or through your account on our website.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • A damaged item.
    • A defective product.
    • An incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Important:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of [$15.00] may apply (must be disclosed if used).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement upon receipt of the damaged and returned item. or full refund at no cost to you.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process
